Be sure to note if our qigong classes or workshops are in-person or online over Zoom when registering as both options are offered. In-person classes are held at Elfin Forest Qigong Studio in rural North San Diego County.

Upon registration of in-person classes you will receive easy-to-follow directions that are more accurate than your navigation system. Please look out for this email confirmation with directions.

Our studio is easily accessed (6-12 miles) from Encinitas, Carlsbad, Escondido, San Marcos, San Elijo Hills, Vista and Rancho Bernardo. It is surrounded by an abundant fruit orchard and beautiful landscape. Our solar-powered studio has radiant-heated floors.
