Qigong to Nurture Our Creative Soul, 8-Class Series

Tuesdays and Thursdays • January 10 through February 2, 2013 • 7:30 – 8:30am. PT. Zoom.

We will continue enhancing our health through the short days of winter with our inward practices. This class series will support you in nurturing the seeds deep in your creative soul to prepare for next spring. Special activity (optional) at home will be offered in this series to help awaken our creative inspiration and enhance our qigong community. More info upon registration.
