In-Person Seasonal Qigong for Every Body

Fridays • October 20, November 17, and December 1, 2023 • 9:00 – 10:00 am • Elfin Forest Qigong Studio

You are invited to join us for an in-person class under the healing canopy of the oak trees. This class will focus on qigong wisdom and practices relating to the current season to upgrade your wellbeing. Everyone welcome from beginners to long-time students.

Please register ASAP to hold your place. $20 per class. Space is limited to 10 participants per class.
