This workshop coincides with the Chinese (Lunar) New Year celebrations – 2020 is the the year of the Metal Rat. You are invited to join us to gain a deeper understanding of the traditional Chinese view of the cosmos and our relationship to it.

Our qigong practice will cultivate, activate and enhance qi while also celebrating the Chinese New Year and life.

Fee: $40. Pre-registration required as space is limited.
