8-Class Series for Winter Wellness

As we travel through the winter days we can provide extra support to maintain our wellness through qigong. Our practice helps boost our abilities to repel colds and flu while preparing ourselves for spring.
These classes will include meditation, breathing exercises and movement. Everyone welcome.
$70 for 8 classes. Or for single class $10 use this link for payment.
Zoom link will be emailed to you a few days before the first class. Fee includes recording for each day so you can review, practice or attend at any time.
