Qigong Breathing Exercises are a treasure that provide profound, long-term wellness benefits. Some say they feel like they have a rainbow inside after practicing. We are offering a free 4-class online series, starting August 17, 9-10am PST. The first class will present the methods in detail. Beginning and continuing students are all welcome.
