Retreat Details

• Retreat begins at 10am on Fri, Nov 7 and ends at 4pm on Sun, Nov. 9. Daily schedule is 10am to 4pm.
• Saturday lunch will be catered. Bring your lunch for the other days.
• Early Bird tuition until June 1, 2025: $360. After June 1: $440.
• $100 deposit holds your spot at the Early Bird price. Balance due October 1. Payment plans are available, please inquire.

Retreat Cancellation and Refund Policy

Should you need to cancel please contact us ASAP to discuss your situation. We know unexpected things occur in life that require changing plans. We will work with you to create the best outcome if you need to cancel. Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays, or illness. If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy described here will apply. 

Cancellation Policy:

• If we are able to fill your spot with a new participant we will issue a full refund minus your deposit.
• No refund if cancellation is made 45 days or less prior to retreat.
